THE CHURCH SECURITY TEAM

The security team ensure a secure environment for people and property inside and outside the church building during worship services, church activities, and church outings.
We value the lives and property of every person that God has brought into The Bride Assembly and it is our mission to serve and protect them to the best of our abilities.

It is the purpose of the Security Ministry is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all those attending The Bride Assembly Church, as well as, church leadership and staff. Church property and attendees' property are observed and protected as much as possible; however, the church cannot be held responsible for personal effects, either inside or outside the church buildings due to a limited security staff and surveillance capability.

The Security Ministry is comprised of volunteers that are trained to observe and report any activity that may be detrimental to the security of church attendees and staff. Additionally, church and personal property are observed and protected to the best of the security teams.


PROFILE OF THE BRIDE ASSEMBLY CHURCH C.S.O.

Bro. Atawodi W. Raphael is indigenous to Agbogodo, Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State. Born into the family of Chief Atawodi Abdullahi Ojuh on the 12th February, 1954. His mother, Mrs. Nana Ayiba Atawodi hails from Ibochi - Igala Mela Local Government Area of Kogi State. He attended C.R.I. School Agbogodo, Primary School Ogegumeh, L.E.A. School Ajaka then Kwara State, proceeded to St. Peters Secondary School, Idah, then Kwara State, proceeded further to Teacher Training College, Anyigba.

In the year 1972, he enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force as a Junior Cadet and rose to the rank of Superintendent of Police. He voluntarily retired from the Nigeria Police Force at the mandatory period of 35years of service, which was around December 2007. In his Journey while in the force, he was privileged to have served in 11 states of the federation. He served as Officer-in-Charge of Police Post, Divisional Traffic Officer, o/c Homicide State C.I.D., o/c Anti-Corruption squad of the Force, Investogation duties at the DCB/State C.I.D. in the States, i/c Operation Sweep / Chaser Area Commands Lagos State, Divisional Police Officer Lagos and Northern Parts of Nigeria.
He took up an appointment with Pika Holdings as Chief Security Officer (C.S.O.), later moved to Frontier Oil & Gas company Victoria Island Lagos as Investigation Officer.
He is happily married with children.
