The Bride Assembly is a Christian ministry based in Lagos, Nigeria, committed to the preaching of the Word of God and the restoration of believers to practical Bible Christianity.

We believe that the Christian faith must be rooted in the Scriptures and lived out in everyday life. Our desire is to see people know Christ, understand the Word of God, grow in faith, and live according to the pattern of the early Church.

Our ministry is part of what we understand as the Restoration Ministry, with a particular emphasis on the End-Time Message and the preparation of the Bride of Christ for the return of Jesus Christ.

Our foundation is simple:

The Word of God is our standard, Jesus Christ is our Lord, and the Scriptures are our guide.

Our Story

The Bride Assembly grew out of a desire to see believers return to the simplicity and authority of the Scriptures.

The ministry’s message centers on what it describes as the restoration of Christians to apostolic doctrine and practical Bible Christianity. We believe that Christianity is more than a name or religious identity. It is a life of faith, obedience, worship, fellowship, and service founded upon the Word of God.

From Lagos, the ministry has continued to preach, teach, evangelize, and make Bible teaching available through physical gatherings and modern media platforms.

Today, The Bride Assembly serves both a local congregation and a growing community of people who connect with the ministry through television, radio, streaming, digital resources, and recorded messages.

What We Believe??

The Word of God

We believe the Holy Scriptures are the foundation of Christian faith and practice.

The Bible is not simply a historical document or source of religious inspiration. It is the standard by which we understand God, salvation, Christian living, and the purpose of the Church.

Our desire is therefore to encourage believers to search the Scriptures, understand the Gospel, and allow the Word of God to shape their lives.

Practical Bible Christianity

We believe that the Christian faith should be lived.

Our message emphasizes a return to the simplicity of the apostolic faith, where belief is expressed through a transformed life, obedience to God’s Word, prayer, worship, love, service, and Christian fellowship.

We seek to help believers move beyond religious identity into a genuine relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

The Restoration Ministry

The Bride Assembly identifies itself as part of the Restoration Ministry.

We understand restoration as God’s work of calling His people back to the Word and to the faith of the apostolic Church.

The End-Time Message

We believe that Scripture speaks of the return of Jesus Christ and the events surrounding the end of the age.

Our ministry therefore places strong emphasis on the End-Time Message and on preparing believers spiritually for the coming of the Lord.

This preparation is not simply about knowing that Christ is coming. It is about living a life that is anchored in God’s Word and ready for His appearing.

The Bride of Christ

The name The Bride Assembly reflects our understanding of the biblical picture of the Bride of Christ.

We believe that Christ is returning for His Bride, and our ministry seeks to proclaim the message of Scripture, encourage holy Christian living, and help believers prepare for the return of the Lord.

This is why our message extends beyond the walls of a local congregation.

We want the Gospel and the Word of God to reach people wherever they are.

Our Mission

Our mission is to preach the Word of God faithfully and help return the hearts of God’s people to practical Bible Christianity.

We seek to:

  • Preach Jesus Christ and the Gospel.
  • Teach the Word of God.
  • Encourage believers to live according to Scripture.
  • Proclaim the End-Time Message.
  • Support the spiritual growth of God’s people.
  • Evangelize and reach people with the Gospel.
  • Provide Christian fellowship and spiritual community.
  • Support missionary and community-focused work.
  • Use technology and media to make Bible teaching accessible around the world.

Our Overseer

Pastor Moses Alu

The Bride Assembly is overseen by Pastor Moses Alu, who was ordained as Pastor and Overseer of The Bride Assembly Church in November 1998.

Pastor Moses Alu was born on January 16, 1958, in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. He attended the Nigerian Military School, Zaria, and later served in the Nigerian Air Force, including service at the Headquarters Logistics Command in Ikeja, Lagos. His military career ended in 1989.

During that same period, his life took a spiritual turn. While in detention at Ikoyi Prison in 1989, he converted to the Christian faith. He subsequently became involved in prison ministry and later served with West African Prison Outreach.

After serving as an elder and minister in various churches, he was ordained as Pastor and Overseer of The Bride Assembly in November 1998.

Since then, his ministry has focused on preaching and teaching the End-Time Message, with an emphasis on the restoration of believers to practical Bible Christianity and apostolic doctrine. He has ministered both within Nigeria and internationally.

Through his ministry, The Bride Assembly has developed not only as a local church but also as a teaching and media ministry reaching people through sermons, television, radio, streaming, books, and other digital resources.

A Ministry Beyond the Church Building

We believe the message of God’s Word should be accessible wherever people are.

That conviction has led us to embrace technology as a tool for evangelism, teaching, fellowship, and outreach.

Our media ministry connects the church with people beyond the physical congregation through television, radio, livestreaming, recorded sermons, digital resources, and other online platforms.

Through these channels, people around the world can listen to Bible teaching, watch live services, access sermons, and continue learning from the Word of God.

Bride Television

Taking the Message Beyond the Walls

Bride Television International is one of the evangelical arms of The Bride Assembly.

Bride TV was established as a media platform for preaching the End-Time Message and preparing the Bride of Christ worldwide for the Rapture. It broadcasts continuously and makes church services, teaching programmes, sermons, and other Christian content available to viewers beyond the local congregation.

Its programming includes Bible teaching, prayer, worship, discussions, and programmes such as Rapture Watch, Ask the Pastor, Marriage Matters, and Prophetic Hour.

The ministry also maintains an extensive library of audio and video messages, books, Bible teaching materials, hymn resources, and recordings from various ministers within the ministry.

Through Bride TV and our wider media ministry, our desire is simple:

To make the Word available to whoever is willing to hear it.

Serving People

Our faith is expressed not only through preaching and worship, but also through practical service.

The ministry supports members and communities through welfare initiatives, scholarships, community development, and assistance to people facing different needs.

We believe that the message we preach should be reflected in the way we serve others.

A Growing Community

The Bride Assembly brings together people from different backgrounds, generations, professions, and parts of Nigeria.

Our fellowship is built around a shared desire to know God, understand His Word, grow spiritually, and serve His purpose.

Whether someone joins us physically in Lagos or connects with us through Bride TV and our digital platforms, our desire is that they encounter the Word of God and find a community where they can grow in faith.

Our Media & Digital Ministry

Technology has opened doors that previous generations could hardly imagine.

We use those doors for the Gospel.

Our media ministry includes television broadcasting, radio, livestreaming, recorded sermons, online teaching, digital publications, and other technology-driven initiatives. We see technology not as a replacement for Christian fellowship, but as another way to carry the message farther.

From a sermon watched on a phone to a live service viewed thousands of kilometres away, the message can travel where a physical building cannot.

Our Heart

At the heart of The Bride Assembly is a desire to remain faithful to the Word of God.

We want to be a people who:

Know the Word.
We seek to understand the Scriptures and grow in the knowledge of God.

Live the Word.
We believe faith should be visible in the way we live, serve, love, and relate to others.

Preach the Word.
We are committed to sharing the Gospel and the message we have received.

Prepare for Christ’s Return.
We look toward the return of Jesus Christ and desire to live ready for that day.
